Chocolate Peppermint Cookie is a sweet collab we did with our friends at Blue Ox Bakery! We swirled our chocolate and sea salted vanilla ice cream bases with chunks of Andrew's Andes Mint speckled chocolate cookies and peppermint sprinkles. We went for a balance of peppermint flavor that isn't overpowering.
