Order an Ice Cream Cake

We love creating delicious ice cream cakes! At Bold Batch, all ice cream cakes are made custom-to-order based on your flavor preferences. To begin the process of ordering an ice cream cake, please use the contact form below and enter as much information as possible. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with a quote and/or follow-up questions! It should be noted that it's best to request your cake 1 week before you'd like to pick it up. Once you've accepted your cake quote, we will work together to coordinate a pick-up date and time from our kitchen at 3805 S Wilmington Street in Raleigh.

1) What size/shape cake would you like? Below you'll find a serving and starting-price guide for most cakes:

2) What flavor(s) would you like the cake to have?

If you're not sure where to start, take a look at our Resident Flavors list, or give us flavor profile suggestions. For example, "I'd like chocolate and peanut butter." or "Please make this an Oreo Borealis cake!" For most cakes, we can do up to 2 ice cream flavors, a solid center (made from cake or cookie/crumble), and a sauce (think fruit swirls, fudge, rainbow chip frosting, caramel, etc.) on top. All cakes are frosted with a vanilla whipped frosting unless otherwise requested.

Be sure to let us know if there are any dietary restrictions we should keep in mind with your cake. For example, should all elements be vegan or Gluten Free? Any allergies?

3) Any decorative notes?

Do you want us to add a colorful border? Perhaps write something on top, or with chocolate letter molds? Are sprinkles a welcome addition? Please note that bento cakes only allow for VERY brief messages, as we only have about 3 inches of space to work with at the very widest point of the cake.

4) When do you need the cake by?

We prefer at least 1 business week for all custom cakes, and can normally get back to you within 1-2 business days with a quote. Please message us if you are unsure if we will have enough time. Pick-ups will take place at the Kitchen Space (3805 S Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC). Pick-ups are not available on Mondays.

Note: While we are always happy to take on a decorating challenge, our focus is to create delicious ice cream cakes. We are not professional cake decorators, so please manage your expectations and feel free to ask for photos of our past work!
