About the Flavor
This is one of those flavors that is exactly what it sounds like it might be... kinda. As with most of our flavors, we are very picky about the way that ingredients taste and feel once frozen. We're always working on improving the texture and flavor of our inclusions to make them work better as ice cream additions. This flavor features a vanilla a peppermint ice cream base with peppermint bark we've made with coconut oil in order to avoid hard waxy frozen chunks of ice cream. Adding coconut oil alters the melting point of the ice cream and makes for a more enjoyable bite -- hopefully without any lost fillings or veneers.
