About the Flavor
We think you'll relate to us when we say the Holiday season is Cookie season. In addition to our various cookie-centered flavors in the case this month, we wanted to create something special for the 12 Days series. This flavor was created by our Assistant Ice Cream Maker: Keith! Being Filipino, a lover of all things Ube, and an amateur baker himself, Keith made us a batch of his own ube crinkle cookies to go into our cream cheese ice cream base. These cookies are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it feel almost like you're eating a cheesecake with a fudgey ube cookie crust.
