About the Flavor
You know about the Sugar Plum Fairy, but do you know about the Sugar Gam Fairy? Gam is the Korean word for Persimmon, which is traditionally a very popular fall treat. We were very lucky to have an Ice Cream Maker (Keith again!) with a exceptionally fruitful Persimmon tree this year. Since plums are no longer in season, we wanted to bring something super fresh to the table with this flavor. If it's your first time trying persimmon, think of a flavor something akin to a caramel peach.
