What's in it:
Inspired by the viral "Dubai Bar" that we think actually makes a lovely profile of holiday flavors. Our version of the flavor will feature clumps of pistachio & tahini cream (we say clumps because the mixture will be firm frozen and melt in your mouth) filled with crunchy toasted knafeh (shredded phyllo) and a dark chocolate stracciatella (chocolate flakes formed by mixing melted chocolate into freshly churned ice cream).
