As mentioned above, Bold Batch Creamery operates in a shared kitchen space with equipment that is not 100% dedicated to gluten free prep, therefore it cannot be considered gluten free or celiac safe. We use the term "gluten friendly" instead, to indicate that these flavors are prepared with sanitized equipment and dedicated bowls, whisks, bowls, and cutting boards. Our ice cream batch freezer is NOT dedicated gluten free.
